树脂结合剂CBN砂轮表面状态对磨削比的影响

摘    要:针对树脂结合剂CBN砂轮表面状态的评价参数,试验研究了CBN砂轮表面磨粒凸出高度和容屑比对磨削比的影响.研究结果表明,使用树脂结合剂CBN砂轮磨削时获得高磨削比的前提条件之一就是要避免发生磨削烧伤。在现有机床条件下,只要CBN砂轮修整得当,砂轮表面具有合适的磨粒凸出高度和容屑空间,可以得到较高的磨削比.

Abstract:The parameters fof the assessment of the sufface state of the fesin-bonded CBN Wheelare proposed.It has been found that the influence of the protruding height of the grain andchip space ratio on the CBN wheel surface on the grinding ratio is remarkable.A highergrinding ratio can be achieved if the protruding height of grain and chip space ratio is withina reasonable narrow range. When resin-bonded CBN wheel is used,the prerequisite for ahigher grinding ratio is grinding burn should be prevented.Under existing grinder condi-tions,a higher grinding ratio can also be obtained when the CBN wheel is properly dressed.
