洛玻技术中心人员动态管理系统的设计

为了对员工离岗情况实现动态实时管理 ,开发了这套管理软件。根据系统目标 ,设计出优化的数据结构与代码系统 ,在FoxProforwindows集成环境下 ,采用独特的SQL和Rushmore查询优化技术 ,能够完成多种动态组合查询功能。本系统主要包括签到、离岗画面、实时统计查询、员工考勤表打印和系统维护等功能。自投入使用以来 ,实现了人员的量化管理 ,辅助管理决策和管理人员的优化统计分析工作 ,加快了信息传递 ,提高了管理效率 ,同时为仓储管理系统的开发提供了技术指导。

Design of Dynamic Personnel Management System of Technical Centre of Luoyang Glass Co. Ltd.

The software was developed to perform dynamic and real time personnel management at the technical centre of Luoyang Glass Co. Ltd. Based on the given objectives, optimal data structure and code system were designed. The software can dynamically combine a variety of query functions by using SQL query and Rushmore query techniques in the integrated FoxPro for windows environment. The system includes functions such as sign in/sign out, absence monitoring, real time statistical query, result output and system maintenance. The system has been perfectly performing the quantitative personnel management and helping the executives to make decisions, statistics and analysis since its application. With this system, information transfer has been sped up and management efficiency has been improved. It can also offer a technical reference for the coming warehouse management system.
