摘    要:循环流化床燃烧过程是一个由多种因素构成,各种因素相互影响的复杂过程。为了给循环流化床锅炉的设计、运行和自动控制提供全面的理论依据,本文采用机理分析与经验模型相结合的方法首次完整地建立起循环流化床燃烧系统模块化动态模型仿真软件包。本文将简要介绍软件包的总体结构及功能,并结合软件包的实际应用给出部分仿真实验结果。通过模型仿真并与现场取得的动态实验数据进行比较表明:循环流化床燃烧系统动态模型仿真软件包能够较全面地对实际的循环流化床锅炉的各种动态过程进行仿真,从而具有一定的实用价值。

Abstract:In order to investigate the very complex processes in Circulating Fluidgzed Bed Combustor (CFBC), a general-purpose, dynamic mathmodelling package has been developed on the basic of first principles. The model includes the fluidized combustor, the cyclone, the hopper, the recycling device and the heating surfaces of the boiler. Hydrodynamics, heat transfer and cool particle combustion processes had been taken into consideration. The model and the computer programe are in modular structure, which can be readily connected to a simalation model and to be adapted to diflerent CFBC systems.
