贵州几种蕨类的抗旱性研究

摘    要:移栽成活的10种贵州乡土蕨类植物在4个土壤水分梯度下处理30天后,测定植株生长(叶片相对数、幼叶萌发率和幼叶成活率)和叶片生理指标(叶绿素含量、可溶性糖含量、游离态脯氨酸含量和丙二醛含量)的变化。结果表明:干旱显著降低蕨类植物叶片相对数、幼叶萌发率和幼叶成活率,显著降低叶绿素含量,增加叶片可溶性糖、游离态脯氨酸含量和丙二醛含量。10种蕨中,耐旱种为巢蕨、刺齿贯众和庐山石韦,不耐旱种为蟹爪盾蕨、光石韦和大瓦韦。干旱条件下(特别是重度干旱)蕨类植物耐旱性选择的适宜指标为叶片相对数、叶绿素含量降幅和丙二醛含量增幅。

Abstract:The changes of the plant growth(The relative leaf number(RLN,the germination rate of young leaves(LGR),the survival rate of young leaves(LSR)) and the physiological indexes of leaves(The photosynthetic pigments content,the soluble sugar content,the proline content,the malondialdehyde(MDA) contents) of ten native fern species of Guizhou by controlling water gradient for 30 days were studied.The results show that:The RLN,LGR,LSR and the photosynthetic pigments content reduced remarkably under drought stress,and while the soluble sugar content,the proline content,the MDA contents significantly increased.In this 10 ferns,Neottopteris nidus,Cyrtomium caryotideum and Pyrrosia sheareri are tolerate to drought,while Neolepisorus ovatus f.doryopteris,Pyrrosia clavata and Lepisorus macrosphaerus are sensitive about drought.The index of drought-tolerance for fern is the reducing amplitude of the RLN,the photosynthetic pigments content,and the increasing amplitude of MDA contents.
