| 摘 要： | 固色剂是提高染料与纺织品的结合牢度的一类重要化合物,它的固色能力和游离甲醛含量是评价它性能的两项重要的指标。而纺织品出口规定游离甲醛含量必须在100×10~(-6)下,内衣制品必须在30×10~(-6)下,这促使了高色牢度的无甲醛固色剂的研究开发。综述了无甲醛固色剂的现状,并且总结了当前固色剂的固色机理,并且提出了今后固色剂开发的途径。

| Abstract: | Fixing agent is a very important compound which improves the combination fastness of the dye and textile. Both fixing ability and content of formaldehyde are important guidelines to evaluate its performance. According to the regulation of the textile export, the content of free formaldehyde must be under 100×10^-6, and underwear should be under 30×10^-6. This prompts the research and development of the non-formaldehyde fixing agent with good color-fastness. This article firstly summarizes the present situation of non-formaldehyde development; furthermore, it presents the mechanism of action, and brings forward development path for the future. |
