城市生活垃圾风力分选中流场的数值模拟

摘    要:为了提高城市生活垃圾风力分选效率,应用气固两相流的基本理论,并采用流体力学专用软件FLUENT模拟城市生活垃圾风力分选流场的固相颗粒的平均速度.数值模拟表明,在合理的风速下,城市生活垃圾颗粒大小和颗粒浓度是影响垃圾风选效果的主要因素,数值模拟结果与试验分析基本吻合.从而得出此理论在城市生活垃圾风力分选中有一定实用意义.

Abstract:A multi-dimensional two-phase model and a special software of hydromechanics FLUENT are used to simulate the average speed solid flow in municipal solid waste(MSW).It shows under the condition of reasonable wind velocity,the crucial factor to sorting efficiency are the size and concentration of the particles of MSW.The experiments show the simulated results are in agreement experimental analysis.So we know this theory can be used in the flow field in municipal solid waste.
