| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了动载系数Kv的几种求法,並论述了ISO法用园周速度和齿轮误差求解Kv,较其它方法有其合理和进步之处。但其计算相当复杂,为此假设若干个高精度高转速减速齿轮组,用ISO的精确公式计算出Kv、找出规律並整理出简易曲线,作为Kv计算的一种补充,供齿轮强度计算时参考。

| Abstract: | In this paper, Some solutions of Dynamic load coefficient Kv are introduced. Iso method with which Kv is solved using circular velocity and gear error is more reasonable and advanced than other methods. But the calculating process is specially complicated, So that a certain number of gear groups of deceleration of high precision and revolution are assumed. Kv is calculated by accurate formula of Iso method, a law is found and the simple curves arranged, which acts as a supplement to calculation of Kv, and provides a refference for calculation of load capacity of cylindrical gears. |
