小截留分子量共混超滤膜的研究(Ⅲ)--PVDF与PVAc共混超滤膜的后处理及化学稳定性比较

摘    要:以聚偏氟乙烯 (PVDF)和聚醋酸乙烯酯 (PVAc)共混 ,采用相转化法制备亲水性小截留分子量共混超滤膜 .对PVDF和PVAc共混前后超滤膜化学稳定性进行比较 .结果表明 ,共混超滤膜具有良好的化学稳定性 .在相同截留率的前提下 ,用弱溶剂后处理 ,共混超滤膜的水通量得到较大程度的提高 .

Abstract:The hydrophilic small molecular weight cut-off(MWCO) blend ultrafiltration(UF) membranes were prepared by phase inversion method with the raw materials of polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF) and polyvinyl acetate(PVAc). In this paper, the comparision of chemical stability between PVDF UF membrane and PVDF/PVAc blend UF membrane was studied and the results indicated that, the chemical stability of PVDF/PVAc blend membranes was good. On the premise of same retention, the water flux of blend membrane, with weak solvent post-treatment, was significantly increased.
