| 摘 要： | 我国已经进入了全面建设小康社会的历史阶段。我们又正在实施西部大开发战略。本文从三个方面论述了全面建设小康社会和西部大开发的关系问题：一、全面建设小康社会的基本内容；二、实施西部大开发战略在全面建设小康社会中的重要意义；三、全面建设小康社会对加快西部大开发的基本要求。

| Abstract: | Our country has entered the historical stage of building a well to do society across the land while we are implementing the strategy of developing the great western areas. This paper expounds the relations between building a well to do society and the great west development by focusing on 3 points: the basic contents of building an overall well to do society, the significance of implementing the great west development to building a well to do society, and the essential requirements of building a well to do society for speeding up the great west development. |
