跨国公司在华设立研发机构对我国经济的冲击及应对措施

从20世纪90年代开始，世界各大跨国公司纷纷来华进行研究与开发投资，设立研究与开发机构。这虽然弥补了我国研究与开发的资金缺口，提高了中国在国际分工中的地位，但也给我国经济带来负面影响。所以我国应该在广为接纳跨国公司在华设立研发机构的同时加以适度限制；加快自身科学技术的发展；采取措施吸引人才、留住人才，抵御跨国公司在华设立研发机构给我国经济带来的负面影响。

Impact of Trans-Corporations Setting up the R&D Organization on Our Country Economy and Replying Measures

Beganing in the 1990s, a lot of large world trans-corporations ca me to China to carry on research and development investment one after another, set ting up the R&D organization. Though these activities make up the gap of funds for R&D and strengthen international position of our country but bring the nega tive effects on our country economy. Therefore, we should restrict properly the R&D organization set up in China while admitting into the trans-corporations, accelerate the construction of own science and technology, take measures to attr act talents and keep on talents for purpose of resisting the negative effects on our country economy which is brought about by the R&D organization of trans-c orporation.
