有限长凸形圆锥体的最佳接触轮廓

摘    要:提出了两个圆锥体之间无摩擦弹性接触时接触压力计算的一种数值方法.所提出的方法既能计算两锥体接触时的实际接触压力分布,又能计算各接触点上不同的接触刚度、综合曲率半径及接触压力分布.接触变形后的倾斜角和合力作用点的位置也能计算.为了减小圆锥体端部的边缘压力集中,还给出了凸度优化设计的方法和算例.

Abstract:A numerical method for finding the pressure distribution between two cones in friction-free elastic contact is presented. As the resultant load on the contact line of the two cones will be away from the middle point, an inclined angle will result. Therefore, different effective radii of curvature as well as different stiffnesses at the contact points should be taken into account. The actual pressure distribution between the two cones, the position where the resultant load is applied and the inclined angle can be found by the method proposed. The optimal profile for the conical roller can be obtained by optimization.
