长江经济带的环境质量与可持续发展

长江经济带作为我国今后20年最具发展潜力的地区,其可持续发展问题无疑具有深远意义。作者就重庆市近年工业"三废"的排放及2000年长江经济带各相关省市的"三废"排放进行比较分析,指出长江经济带的环境质量虽有改善,但仍是制约今后发展的一个重要瓶颈,并提出了长江经济带可持续发展的一些措施,包括建立绿色产业;形成循环经济;倡导清洁生产;实行总量控制及改革环境监管机制。

Environmental Quality and Sustainable Development of the Yangtze River Economic Zone

Yangtze River economic zone will be the region with the highest development potentiality in the coming 20 years in China.It is significant to pay more attention to its sustainable development.By analyzing the situation of industrial discharging of'three wastes' in Chongqing in recent years dynamicly and by analyzing the discharging of indurstrial 'three wastes' in the provinces and municipalities related to the Yangtze Rever ecenomic zone,the overvinew that environmental quality is still an important bottleneck during its development though it is somewhat improved is presented in this article.Therefore,several measures should be taken to fulfil the sustainable development,such as establishing green industry and forming cycle economy,initiating clean production,implementing amount control and reforming the supervision and administration mechanism of environment.
