摘    要:以Fe(NO3)3·9H2O,Zn(CH3COO)2·2H2O和Cu(NO3)2·3H2O为原料,以柠檬酸为还原剂,采用燃烧法制备了ZnFe2O4和CuFe2O4纳米粉体,用X-射线粉末衍射仪(XRD)、红外光谱(IR)和振动样品磁强计(VSM)等手段对样品进行了表征,结果表明样品为尖晶石型铁酸锌纳米粉体和立方晶系的铁酸铜纳米粉体,其平均粒径约为19nm和22nm,并具有超顺磁性.

Abstract:Taking Fe(NO3)3·9H2O, Zn (CH3COO)2·2H2O and Cu(NO3)2·3H2O as raw materials and the Citric Acid as reducing agent, and making ZnFe2O4 and CuFe2O4 Nano-powder with the Combustion method. Meanwhile, the samples are characterizing by XRD, IR and VSM. The results are showing that the samples are the spinel-model ZnFe2O4 nano-powder and the cubic-crystal-sized CuFe2O4 nano-powder, their particle's diameters are 19nm and 22nm, and they have the superparamagnetic.
