省际行政区边界地带旅游资源的整合与协调开发—以湘粤交界地带的郴州、韶关为例

省际行政区边界地带因其较少的人类活动干扰,保存了丰富的具原始性的旅游资源,随着各行政区旅游开发向边界地带的逐步推移,行政区边界地带旅游资源开发的矛盾日显突出。如何缓解边界地带旅游开发的矛盾,实现区域性旅游资源的整合与协调开发,是相邻行政区旅游资源开发所共同面临的一大难题。以湘粤交界地带的郴州、韶关为例,通过对制约两市旅游资源整合与协调开发障碍的分析,提出对两市旅游形象及理念的构建、旅游产品及线路的组合、客源市场及产品的营销等边界区域性旅游资源整合与协调开发的设想。

An Integrated and Harmonious Way on Exploitation of Tourism Resources Among Boundaries of Administrative Areas—On Case of Chenzhou and Shaoguan Boundary, Hunan and Guandong Provinces

Thanks to little disturbance of human activities, there have abundant and primitive tourism resources existing among boundary areas of administrative provinces. With the increasing proceeds to administrative areas, exploited contradictions of tourism resources emerge. There are common existing problem of tourism resource exploitation between adjoining administrative areas how to mitigate boundary contradictions and promote the integrated exploitation in harmony with local tourism resources. In this paper, on case of Chenzhou and Shaoguan boundary, Hunan and Cuandong Provinces, based on the analysis of the barriers to restrict the integrated and harmonious exploitation between Chenzhou and Shaoguan counties, countermeasures of the integrated exploitation in harmony with local (or regions) tourism resources among boundary areas how to establish images and notion of tourism, to combine the tourism routes and product, to promote the productive market are put forwards.
