孔雀低致病性禽流感病毒株的分离与鉴定

摘    要:用鸡胚分离方法从发病孔雀脑组织中分离病毒;将分离病毒进行血凝试验、血凝抑制试验、致病指数试验和半数致死量试验。结果表明,该株病毒可凝集鸡红血球,血凝性可被已知的禽流感(H9N2)抗体所抑制,脑内致病指数在1.6~2.5范围内,半数致死量,致病指数为50%,表明该病毒为低致病力禽流感毒株。

Abstract:A strain of AIV was separated from the brain of sick peacock,which offered a good support to inspect,prevent and control the breakout and prevalence of AIV in our country.Using the suspension of brain tissue of peacock to inoculate SPF chicken embryo,then the AIV was separated.According to this strain,the ICPI,IVPI,LD_(50),HA and HI test were carried out respectively.Results showed the serotype of this strain was identified as H_9,whick belonged to LPAIV.This strain of AIV derived from peacock was LPAIV,but its virulence was very strong.
