摘    要:为了改进煤矿风机监测系统,设计了基于AT89C52的传感器智能转换单元。实时监测的数据采集与监视系统(集散系统)采用三级智能结构,两级树型智能通讯。智能转换单元(传感器)在分站轮询时,将经A/D处理后的数字信号通过调制解调器的通讯输出电路发给分站,解决了原来子系统中普通的变送器只能提供标准的(4~20mA或0-5V或1-5V)输出信号,而不能和改造后集散系统的分站相互通讯的问题。监测系统通过检测12个物理量,即:风硐的风速、负压,电机(风机)的轴温及轴瓦温度,电机的定子电压、电流,电机的转子电压、电流等,满足现场使用要求。

Abstract:In order to improve the coal mine ventilator supervisory and monitoring system,the intelligent unit of sensor is designed based on AT89C52.Data acquisition of real-time monitoring and the supervising system(collecting and distributing system) uses three levels of intelligent structures,two levels of tree intelligent communication.During the substation polling,intelligent conversion unit(sensor) sends the digital signal that is processed by A/D to the substation through the communication output circuit of modem,which solves the problem that ordinary transmitter of subsystem can only offer the standard(4~20mA,0~5V or 1~5V) output signal but can not communicate with substation of the transformed concentrating and distributing system.The monitoring system detects twelve physical quantities,such as the wind speed and negative pressure of wind tunnel,the axle temperature and axle bush temperature of ventilator,the voltage and current of machinery stator and so on.It can satisfy the spot operational requirement.
