| 摘 要： | 经济法作为一个独立的法律部门有其独特的价值目标;这些目标构成一个严密的内在逻辑体系。从历史发展和目标的阶段性角度来看,经济法的价值体系应当由经济法的原生性价值、衍生性价值和终极性价值三部分构成。
