摘    要:采用前端聚合技术制备了羟基磷灰石/聚丙烯酰胺(HAP/PAM)复合材料,并将其用于废水中重金属铅离子的吸附处理.研究了羟基磷灰石含量对聚合前端移动速度、最高温度以及铅离子吸附能力的影响,并用扫描电镜(SEM)对产物的微观结构进行了观测.结果表明前端聚合法不仅工艺简单、反应快、能耗低,而且制备的HAP/PAM复合材料为多孔结构,无机粉体在其中分散均匀,具有较强的铅离子吸附能力,用于废水处理具有明显的优势.

Abstract:Hydroxyapatite(HAP)/polyacrylamide(PAM) composites are prepared by frontal polymerization(FP) and used to remove lead ions from waste water.The influences of HAP concentration on front velocity and front temperature as well as the Pb2+ sorption capacity of PAM/HAP are investigated.Moreover,microstructures of the resultant products are observed by scanning electronic microscope(SEM).It is found that the HAP/PAM composites synthesized by FP process exhibit higher Pb2+ uptake capabilities,due to the homogeneous distribution of the HAP powders and the presence of the porous microstructure in FP samples.All the results indicate that the FP is a very promising method for preparation of HAP/PAM composite with the advantages of reducing preparation time and lowering energy consumption.
