| Abstract: | The development of the application of computer image treatment technique inthe field of metallographic analysis is briefly introduced.A method of image treatment suit-able for metallographic analysis is presented and an image treatment system for metallo-graphic analysis of cast alloys is also developed.Image identification upon the metallographicsamples or the metallographs can be carried out on this system. |
