摘    要:利率市场化是我国金融发展的客观要求 .我国利率机制的创新 ,就在于尽快实行利率市场化 ,放开利率管制 .本文论述了利率市场化的内在和外在因素 ,分析了内外因素的辨证关系及利率市场化的风险 ,阐明我国金融体制改革中中央银行的宏观调控作用

Abstract:Interest rate marketing is an objective demand for developing of China's finance.Innovation in China's interest rate system lies in speedy carring_out of interest rate marketing and opening of its management system.This paper describes a interest and external factors of interest rate marketing,analyses their dialectical relationship and its risk,and expounds that central bank will play macro_regulation role in China's reform of financial system.
