电动特种车辆超低速电机控制策略

摘    要:为满足机场地面电动特种车辆超低速行驶的特殊工况要求,以内置永磁同步电机作为研究对象,对传统以转矩为控制目标的矢量控制策略加以改进,提出一种基于恒转速控制下结合电压前馈补偿的双闭环模糊控制策略,运用Simulink搭建双闭环模糊矢量仿真模型,并对样车平台实车测试.仿真结果与实验数据表明,改进控制策略在超低速工况下可有效提高电机转速响应速度与稳定性;减弱电流波动与峰值电流;提高扰动情况下的转矩输出能力与稳定性.

Abstract:In order to meet the special operating conditions of the airport"s electric special vehicles at ultra-low speed, Taking the built-in permanent magnet synchronous motor as the research object, the vector control strategy of the traditional torque as the control target is improved, a double closed-loop fuzzy control strategy based on the constant-speed control combined voltage feed-forward compensation is proposed, the double closed-loop vector fuzzy simulation model is built by Simulink, and the prototype platform is tested. The simulation results and experimental data show that this method can effectively improve the speed response speed and stability, reduce the peak current and improve the torque output capacity and stability under the condition of ultra-low speed operation.
