摘    要:为获得右旋糖酐酶高产菌株,并提高其右旋糖酐酶产量,本研究从土壤中筛选高产右旋糖酐酶真菌,并采用响应面法对其发酵培养基进行优化.实验筛选得到一株生产右旋糖酐酶的菌株DJ72,经鉴定为腐皮镰刀菌(Fusarium solani),并确定其最佳发酵培养基配方为右旋糖酐T200011.88 g/L、蛋白胨7.15 g/L、尿素...

Abstract:In order to obtain a high-yield dextranase strain and increase its dextranase production,this article screened high-yield dextranase fungi from the soil and optimized its fermentation medium using Response Surface method. A strain DJ72 that produces dextranase was obtained through experimental screening,which was identified as Fusarium solani. The optimal formula of fermentation medium was determined as follows:Dextran T2000 11.88 g/L,peptone 7.15 g/L,urea 3.14 g/L,dipotassium phosphate 1.50 g/L,magnesium sulfate 0.20 g/L,ferrous sulfate 0.05 g/L. After optimization,the highest activity of dextranase can reach 228 U/mL. This study provides the possibility for the industrial application of dextranase.
