论文根据改革与发展的需要,探索了我国农业技术推广绩效评价的相关内容。认为农技推广绩效评价包括推广能力、推广水平、推广效率、推广效果、创新能力与推广的可持续性等五个方面,根据推广体制、组织形式和评价对象的不同,绩效评价可分为不同的类型,要针对绩效评价的特点探索多种方法进行定性分析与定量分析。

Study on Questions of The Performance Evaluation of Agrcultural Technology Extension In Our Country

The performance evaluation of agriculrural technology extension was the needs of reform and development in our country.It included the extending ability,extension level,extension efficiency,extension result,creative ability and the persistence of extension etc.according to the difference of extension systems,ofganized forms and objests.The performance evaluation could divided into different fypes,various methods should been searched to proceed qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis to aim at theirs characteristics.
