摘    要:本文针对沧东电厂4号超临界直流锅炉投产后一直面临的过热器管壁温度偏高致使主再汽温度无法达到设计值的情况进行分析,并通过燃烧调整试验,找到了主要原因以及解决措施,保证了机组的安全经济运行。对于同类型锅炉的燃烧调整及运行方式优化工作有着一定的借鉴价值.

Abstract:This paper Cangdong Supereritical Power Plant on the 4th and has heen put into the boiler superheater tube wall facing the high temperature resulting in the main steam temperature and then the situation can not reaeh the design value analysis, and through the combustion adjustment test, found the main reasons and solutions measures to ensure the safe operation of the unit. For the same type of boiler combustion adjustment and optimization of operation mode has a certain reference value.
