浅析行动导向教学法在高职院校教学中的运用

摘    要:行动导向的教学思想被高职教育界普遍地认可,那么如何从传统教学的模式中走出来,合理构建行动导向教学成为目前高职院校的重要工作。本文从传统教学中存在的主要问题入手,分析了实行行动导向教学就是应该做到“学习知识”为“解决问题”服务;在学校期间加强学生的角色体验;积极做好知识到能力的转化工作;并有针对性地介绍了一些有效的行动导向教学方法。

Abstract:The action-oriented teaching ideas are generally accepted by vocational education circle. How to come out from traditional educational mode and to structure rational action-oriented teaching has become an important task of vocational college presently. Based on the existed main problems in traditional teaching, this paper analyzes that implementing action-oriented teaching means that Learning Knowledge serves Problem Solving, strengthen students' role-experience at school, actively do well transtormation from knowledge to practice, and puts forward some effective action-oriented teaching methods.
