钢铁渗铝过程中渗层生长动力学

摘    要:本文根据Fick第二定律,考虑相互扩散系数随铝浓度的变化规律,提出了适用于计算钢铁固体渗铝后渗层浓度分布的数学模型,并应用有限差分法建立了计算机模型。利用所提出的模型,计算了10、30、45、T8钢渗铝层的铝浓度分布曲线并进行了实际测量。实验结果表明。用计算机算出的数值与实测数值非常吻合。

Abstract:According to the second Fick's law,a mathematical modelwhich can be used to calculate the distribution of aluminumconcentration through the cross section of the coating of steelafter pack aluminizing has been put forward considering thevariance law of interdiffusion coefficient D with aluminum concen-tration,and the computer model has been set up employing finite-difference methods.The distribution curves of aluminum concentra-tion through the cross section of the coatings on 10,30,45,T8carbon-steels have been calculated with the above-mentionedmathematical model.The experimental results show that the theo-rical curves calculated with this model are in good agreementwith the experimental data.
