红茶菌中微生物的分离与初步鉴定

摘    要:本实验对某红茶菌中的微生物菌种进行了分离,共得到70个菌株,其中酵母菌15株,醋酸菌30株,乳酸菌25株,经过初步鉴定得到6个菌种。分别为酿酒酵母Saccharomyces cere-visiae、粟酒裂殖酵母Schizosaccharomyces pombe、醋化醋杆菌木质亚种Acetobacter xylinum、液化醋杆菌A.liquefaciens、甲醇醋杆菌Acidomonas mnethanolica、乳杆菌Lactobacillus sp。

Abstract:Fifteen strains of yeast,thirty strains of acetic acid bacteria and fifteen strains of lactic acid bacteria in Kombucha were isolated and studied.The phenotypes of the 70 strains were analyzed by various microbiological experiments,and Saccharomyces cerevisiae,Schizosaccharomyces pombe,Acetobacter xylinum,A.liquefaciens,Acidomonas mnethanolica and Lactobacillus sp were obtained.
