| 摘 要： | 为了提高学生实践操作技能,对食品质量与安全专业开设的实践技能课程《食品安全性毒理学检测》的课程设置和教学方法进行了探索。提出了以培养学生实践技能为主要目标的教学理念,对现有课程体系的设置和教学方法进行改革。以综合设计性试验为切入点,设置-系列实验体系,考核方法调整为重点考核实践技能等一系列注重培养学生综合实践技能的教学改革措施。
