信息编码与汉字处理原理

Principles of encoding and mandarin processing

It's about the principles of Chinese and English encoding. It discusses the translation procedure of the exo-code, intro-code and matrix. It also discusses the principles of Chinese process that inherits from English process. It is compatible with English one.
