摘    要:本文对于痕量铜在过硫酸盐-溴化物-抗坏血酸体系中的催化动力分析从事研究、并确定其实验最佳条件。得出一般分析线性范围为0.01—1.0ppm,检测下限可达10ppb,外来离子例如1000ppm Mg~(2+),Zn~(2+),C1~(3+),Pb~(2+)等对于0.1ppmCu~(2+)干扰甚小;但Fe~(2+),Sb_(3+)及Mo(Ⅳ)在一定浓度下干扰较大。应用于实物测定:人发铜14.0,指甲铜11.1,血清铜1.77ppm,与原子吸收法比较,结果基本相似。


Determination of Trace Copper by the Catalytical Kinetics Analysis
Abstract:The present paper studied the catalytical kinetic analysis for trace copper with the system of peroxysulfate-bromide-ascorbic acid and determined the optimum conditions for the experiment. The linear range obtained is 0.01—1ppm. The lower detection limit is 10ppb. Forign ions such as 1000 ppm Mg~(2+) Zn~(2+) Pb~(2+) Cr~(3+) and Fe~(3+) for 0.1ppm Cu~(2+) Were almost no interference, but certen amounts of Fe~(2+). Sb~(3+) and Mo(Ⅳ) interfered Cu~(2+)respectinety. Samples analyzed, show 14.0 11.1 and 1.77(ppm) for hair Cu. finger Cu and serous Cu respectively, the resufts of which compered with those obtained by AA are essentially the same.
