银边吊兰小孢子发生和花粉发育的细胞学观察

对银边吊兰小孢子发生及花粉发育的细胞学变化进行了观察研究。结果表明：小孢子母细胞减数分裂时，胞质分裂为连续型；小孢子４分体以线型排列为主，花粉第一次有丝分裂前细胞质定向集中，生殖细胞定向移动，游离在培养细胞质内后，细胞壁消失。

CYTOLOGICAL OBSERVATIONS OF MICROSPOROGENESIS AND POLLEN DEVELOPMENT IN CHLOREPHYTUM CAPENSE VAR VARIEGATUM HORT

The cytological change of microsporogenesis and pollen development on chlorephytum capense var variegatum.Hort has been observed.The results show that the cytokinesis is of the successive type at meiosis of microspore mother cell.The arrangement of microspore tetrad is mainly straight linear.The cyloplasm is in a directional concentration,and the generative cell is in a directional movement,before the first metosis of pullen.When the generative cell moves into the cytoplasm of vegetative cell,the cell wall will disintegrate.
