合成3',4'-表鬼臼毒素邻位醌的新方法

摘    要:4'-去甲基表鬼臼毒素(5)与双(三氟乙酸)苯碘(PIFA)或二乙酸苯碘(PIDA)在氯仿或二氯甲烷溶液中室温条件下反应得标题化合物.二甲基缩酮(6)用痕量BF3·Et2O或对-甲基苯磺酸(p-TsOH)处理可以得到相同化合物.本文分析了产物的结构并给出了可能的反应机理.

Abstract:The title compound was synthesized by the reaction of 4'-demethylepipodophyl lotoxin (5) with phenyliodonium bis (trifluoroacetate) or phenyliodonium diacetate in CHCl3 or CH2Cl2 at room temperature, or by treating the dimethyl ketal (6) with a trace of BF3·Et2 O or p-TsOH. The structural elucidation of the product is described and possi ble mechanisms for its formation are presented.
