| 摘 要： | 以郑煤集团白坪煤业公司西翼风井开采方案为例,简要分析了项目建设理由、开采方案,通过对项目主要风险分析比较,提出了防范和降低风险的对策该工程的顺利实施不但具有较好的经济效益和社会效益,并且还可以"一业为主"带动相关产业和相邻地区的经济发展。

| Abstract: | the mining plan west air shaft of Zhengmei group Baiping Coal Company as an example, a brief analysis of the mining construction reason, plan, through a comparative analysis of the main risks of the project, put forward will not only has good economic benefit and social benefit the smooth implementation of measures to prevent and reduce the risk of the project, and also can be ＂one main industry＂ drive the related industries and the adjacent areas of economic development. |
