基于无线技术浮顶储罐密封油气浓度检测

摘    要:在浮顶储罐火灾事故中,一、二次密封层间的可燃气体浓度过高是导致雷击火灾的重要原因之一。本文就浮顶储罐一、二次密封层间可燃气体监测技术进行探讨,提出了使用无线网络技术进行可燃气体监测的方案,解决了浮顶储罐密封层气体监测的难题,为浮顶储罐安全生产提供了参考。

Abstract:In the floating roof tank fire accident, ahigh concentration of combustible gases in the first and second sealing is one of the important reasons that cause lightning fire. This paper discuss concentration detecting of floating roof tank seal.to use wireless network technology for combustible gas monitoring program to monitoring the gas in the floating roof tank first and second sealing, Solve the floating roof tank sealing layer gas monitoring problems, and provide a reference for the floating roof tank production safety.
