探讨宫内节育器在人工流产术后即刻放置的临床疗效

目的:探讨宫内节育器在人工流产术后即刻放置的临床疗效。方法:将自愿要求人工流产终止妊娠短期内无生育要求的健康育龄妇女600例随机分为观察组和对照组各300例。观察组为人工流产术后即刻放置宫内节育器,对照组不予特殊处理。观察两组术后阴道流血量、出血时间、月经复潮时间、痛经、闭经、避孕效果的情况及不良反应。结果:观察组人工流产术后阴道流血量、流血时间、月经复潮时间、痛经、闭经与对照组无明显差异,避孕效果优于对照组(P﹤0.05),无体重增加,无不良反应。结论:人工流产术后即刻放置宫内节育器可有效减少重复流产及宫腔、宫颈粘连、盆腔感染,是一种安全、有效并简单的避孕方法,值得推广。

The Clinical Effect on Real-time Applications of Intrauterine Device in Artificial Abortion

Objective：To investigate the c]inieal effect on real-time applications intrauterine device （[UD） in women undergoing artificial abortion. Methods：A total of 600 healthy women in reproductive age who undergoing artificial abortion were randomly divided into two groups, 300 women took IUD immediately after abortion, and another 300 women took nothing （control）. The volume and duration of vagina bleeding, time of menstruation turn over, dysmenorrheal, amenorrhea, contraceptive effect and adverse reaction were observed. Results： No statistical difference was found in the volume and duration of vagina] bleeding, time of menstruation turn over, dysmcnorrheal, amenorrhea between two groups, the contraceptive effect is better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The real-time applications of IUD inwomen undergoing artificial abortion is safe and effective as an option of contraception.
