空淬贝氏体钢颚板的研制

摘    要:针对普通低合金钢颚板寿命短的问题,采用控制Mn、Mo含量的方法和空气淬火工艺,得到贝氏体钢.经现场试验表明,用空淬贝氏体钢浇注的颚板,其寿命是普通低合金钢颚板的两倍.

Abstract:Theefforts to deal with the short life-span of ordinary low-alloy steel jaw grinder involvethe development of bainite steel by introducing Mn and Mo contents-controlling method andair-quenched techniques.As shown by the experiments,the jaw grinders cast withair-quenched-bainite steel offer a life span twice as long as those made of ordinary lowalloy steel.
