| 摘 要： | 将小麦花药培养愈伤组织转入含有不同浓度秋水仙素的Ｃ１７培养基中，进行幼苗分化和染色体加倍。结果表明，５ｍｇ／Ｌ秋水仙素能获得较好的加倍效果，加倍率为８３．３３％，比常规加倍法提高３０．９５个百分点，但对幼苗分化率无明显影响。

| Abstract: | In the present experiment ,calli from anther culture were transferred onto C 17 medium containing different concentration of colchicine.The results showed that:better chromosome doubling result could be obtained by using 5 mg/L of colchicine,the percentage of plantlet doubled in vitro was 83.33% and it was 30.95% higher than using the common doubling method.The medium condium containing 5 mg/L colchicine did not have an obvious unfavourable effect to differentiation of plantlet . |
