| 摘 要： | 以洛阳国家级高新技术开发区为假设载体,通过对洛阳高新区构建循环经济产业链的优劣势分析,阐述了洛阳高新区构建循环经济产业链的基本原则,构建了洛阳高新区总体循环经济产业链和循环经济分产业链,并从区内循环经济型企业建设、建立健全区内循环经济发展规划和管理制度、严格实行企业准入制度、加强发展循环经济产业链的监管以及科技支撑体系建设等方面对洛阳高新区循环经济产业链的构建提出了政策支持措施。
