| 摘 要： | 建立行之有效的社会主义新农村建设监测系统,对扎实推进社会主义新农村、积极监督政策执行过程和正确评估政策执行效果至关重要。在述评已有研究成果的基础上,突出介绍具体监测指标的含义及数据来源,列示出监测标准的理论及现实依据,体现标准设置的时间动态性、空间可比性特征。最后以安徽省为例,监测该省2005年~2008年社会主义新农村建设各项指标及总体实现程度,验证监测系统设计的合理性及可行性。
