| 摘 要： | 我国大学生村官政策是国家在新农村建设背景下出台的,它对加强新农村建设、缓解大学生就业压力具有积极意义。但是,大学生村官政策在执行的过程中,由于受到政策本身、目标团体、政策执行人员、执行机构以及政策环境等因素的影响,使得该政策的执行和预期相比存在一定的偏差,影响了政策的权威性和完整性。从政策执行的影响因素谈起,指出了大学生村官政策执行中存在的问题,并提出相应的解决路径以推进大学生村官政策的有效执行。
