摘    要:综述流变学的发展历史和研究现状,从理论模拟和实验流变学的角度分别阐述高聚物流变学的研究方法,概述加工流变学对高聚物加工成型的重要指导作用。重点介绍了香精的微胶囊化以及流变分析对其的具体应用和研究进展,进一步展望了流变学在缓释香精生产和加工方面的研究。

Abstract:The rheological development history and research status were reviewed and the research methods of polymer rheology were expounded from the theoretical simulation and experimental rheology,respectively. The importance of processing rheology for polymer processing was overviewed. The main emphases were placed on the microencapsulation of flavor as well as the specific application and research development of the rheological analysis for it. Study on rheology in production and processing of sustained-release flavor was prospected.
