摘    要:观察不同变形量下共析钢中的渗碳体形貌,对其回火过程进行了研究,分析了大变形后渗碳体组织变化.建立了界面能模型以分析渗碳体溶解量的饱和现象及开始溶解门槛值问题,基于该模型可以初步解释渗碳体溶解过程中存在的这两个现象.

Abstract:The micrographs of cementite structure under different deformed strain conditions were observed and the annealing process was studied to analyze the evolution of cementite in heavily deformed eutectoid steels.A simple model was proposed to calculate the saturation phenomenon and threshold value mentioned in documents.The model based on the interface energy can explain these two problems primitively in the dissolution of cementite.
