| 摘 要： | 文章以跨文化交际理论为指导，以相关英语谚语的汉译实例辨析为参照，从谚语与文化的关系切入，探讨了谚语的起源、形式和表达特点在跨文化交际中的可译性限度及规律，揭示了语言的跨文化交际特征，旨在探求跨文化交际中英汉谚语互译的效度。
