摘    要:针对多级多产品批处理过程生产调度的动态性和复杂性等特点,提出了自下而上的自组织调度方法,用来解决目前存在的动态重调度瓶颈问题.分析了多级批处理过程动态调度的要求,将自组织理论引入到动态调度建模问题中,建立了自组织调度系统模型构架.提出了"业务办理"自组织机制,定义了自组织过程中的行为准则和标准,并给出了自组织动态调度算法.最后应用实例验证了自组织动态调度方法的有效性.

Abstract:Considering the dynamic nature and complexity of the scheduling problem, a self-organizing scheduling approach is presented for multistage and multi-product batch processes to overcome the dynamic scheduling bottleneck. Firstly, the dynamic scheduling problem in the multistage batch processes is analyzed, and a modeling framework is established by bringing the self-organization theories into the dynamic scheduling modeling. Secondly, a transaction mechanism is proposed for self-organization, and behavior rules and criterions are defined, and then a self-organizing dynamic scheduling algorithm is presented. Finally, numerical examples are given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the presented approach.
