摘    要:以装载机轮边减速器为研究对象 ,运用可靠性理论和模糊数学理论 ,建立了模糊可靠性的数学模型及计算公式 ,探讨了齿轮设计中模糊变量和随机变量同时存在时接触疲劳强度可靠性设计方法 ,并给出了计算实例 ,其结果表明了模糊可靠性在轮边减速器上应用的可行性和实用性

Abstract:In this paper,Fuzzy reliability mathematical model & computation are established and reliability design method of contact-fatigue strength is discussed with reliability theory & fuzzy mathematics theory for wheel-side planetary reducer in wheel loaders in both presence fuzzy variable and stochastic variable.Design examples shows that it is feasible and practical.
