大豆油增韧不饱和聚酯树脂的制备与固化性能研究

摘    要:以无溶剂法制备不同环氧值的环氧大豆油(ESO),以丙烯酸作为开环试剂合成大豆油丙烯酸酯(AESO).将质量比为5%、10%、15%、20%的AESO分别与不饱和聚酯树脂制备增韧材料.通过傅里叶红外光谱、差示扫描量热计、热重分析、拉伸与冲击强度测试对产物的结构与性能进行研究.结果表明:随着大豆油在固化体系中含量的增加,固化物的玻璃化温度和拉伸强度降低,断裂伸长率和冲击强度提高,显示出大豆油对不饱和聚酯体系起到了较好的增韧作用.

Abstract:In this paper, the epoxidized soybean oil (ESO) was prepared by solvent-free method. The acrylated epoxidized soybean oil (AESO) was obtained by the reaction of ring opening of ESO using acrylic acid as ring opener. The blend materials were made by mixing unsaturated polyester resin (UPR) and AESO with the mass ratio of 5%, 10%, 15% or 20%. The properties of toughened unsaturated polyester resin were characterized by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), thermal gravity analysis (TG) and mechanical testing. The results indicated that the glass transition temperature and tensile strength of toughened unsaturated polyester resin decreased while elongation at break and impact strength increased with increasing of soybean oil content. The results showed that the prepared soybean oil is an excellent flexibilizer for unsaturated polyester resin.
