Studies about the basic relational type between its input and output under the discrete state have the significant influence and instruction in determination system dynamics model parameter, in debugging model, and in analyzing result. The article has obtained the DELAY_N inputoutput relational expressions, has obtained the input average delay time and the delay variance expression, in this foundution, proposed one method of determination delay functiontype.
