| 摘 要： | 近年来理论界从各种不同的视角对管理创新的本质进行了探索，这些探索主要集中在管理创新的思维特性和方法上。在总结管理创新理论和实践的基础上．通过考察其历史渊源来抽象管理创新的本质属性，并分析了这些本质属性的指导意义。

| Abstract: | In recent years, the theoretical circ le has made the explorations of the essence of the managerial innovation from vari ous angles, and these explorations focus mainly on the features and methods of t he thinking of the managerial innovation. Based on summing up the theories and p ractices of the managerial innovation, this paper abstracts the essential attrib utes of the managerial innovation through reviewing its historical origins, and analyzes on the guiding significance of these essential attributes. |
