陶瓷/微晶玻璃复合材料耐磨性的研究

摘    要:通过将玻璃与BMT(Ba(Mg1/3Ta2/3)O3)复合,烧结后进行热处理,合成陶瓷/微晶玻璃复合材料,通过比较材料切削时间的长短,研究不同热处理制度对材料耐磨性的影响。结果表明:不同的热处理制度确实能够影响材料的耐磨性。样品的XRD图显示材料的耐磨性变化是由于材料中的相组成发生了变化,耐磨材料中有新的结晶相产生。

Abstract:Glass and BMT(Ba(Mg1/3Ta2/3)O3) were compounded and sintered. The ceramic/glass ceramic composites were synthesized through different heat treatment systems. The influence of different heat treatment systems on the abrasiveness of the composite was investigated by comparing the cutting time. The results show that different heat treatment systems can really influence the abrasiveness of the composite. XRD picture of the sample shows that the change of the abrasiveness of the composite is due to that of the phase of the composite and in the composite emerges a new crystalline solid, which is not found in the existing JCPDS cards.
