摘    要:本文以大麦品种(浙皮2号和嵊县无芒六梭)为材料,研究不同浓度氯化铝溶液对根尖细胞有丝分裂和染色体形态的影响。结果表明,两个大麦品种对铝毒害反应不同,浙皮2号耐铝性较强;嵊县无芒六梭对铝较为敏感。根尖细胞分裂指数随着Al~(3+)浓度的增高而递减。不同浓度的Al~(3+)处理都能诱导染色体发生畸变,表现为C-有丝分裂,染色体桥和染色体粘连。此外,对Al~(3+)的毒害机理进行简略讨论。

Abstract:The effects of different concentrations of aluminium chloride on cell division and chromosomal morphology in the root tip cells of two barley cultivars Zhe Pi 1 and Shengxian Wumang Liuling were studied. The results showed the tolerance to Al~(3+)is different in the two cultivars. Shengxian Wumang Liuling is more sensitive to Al~(3+) than Zhe Pi 1. The mitotic index dereases progressively with increased Al concentration. The different concentrations cause mitotic irregularities comprising c-mitosis, anaphase bridges and chromosome stickiness. The possible mechanism of the A13+ poisoning of root meristem cells of barley is also briefly discussed.
